Sliding-scale rates are available for clients who may be eligible. A free 15-minute consultation is required prior to scheduling to determine eligibility and current availability.

Most insurance providers cover my services as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend checking directly with your insurance company for details.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within this time frame, or missed without notice, are subject to a cancellation fee.

Your credit card on file will be charged after your session, and a receipt—eligible for submission to your benefits or extended health provider (e.g., Pacific Blue Cross)—will be automatically emailed to you once payment is successfully processed. It is your responsibility, and strongly recommended, to confirm coverage with your benefits plan prior to booking to ensure that the counselling services provided are eligible for reimbursement.
